SESUVECA DEL PERU S.A.C. is a company dedicated to the acquisition, stockpiling, processing, marketing and export of anthracite coal for domestic and international sale, intended for the steel industry, foundry and other sectors.

SESUVECA DEL PERU S.A.C. is a company dedicated to the acquisition, stockpiling, processing, marketing and export of anthracite coal for domestic and international sale, intended for the steel industry, foundry and other sectors. In order to maintain the highest ethical and legal standards in all our operations, we commit to:

1. Strictly prohibiting the practice, promotion, negotiation and tolerance of bribery, corruption, money laundering, terrorist financing and other activities for one's own benefit or that of third parties in the course of our activities.
2. Complying with the laws, regulations and compliance obligations applicable to our activities and operations, and preventing the commission of any kind of offense.
3. Meeting the requirements of the anti-bribery and compliance management systems, in accordance with ISO 37001:2016 and ISO 37301:2021 and the crime-prevention model aligned with Law 30424 and its amendments, continually seeking improvement.
4. Encouraging the reporting of complaints and concerns related to bribery and other unlawful acts, at any level of the organization, on the basis of a reasonable, reliable belief and without retaliation against the person who reports.
5. Appointing the anti-bribery and compliance officer, who is granted the authority, independence and responsibility to look after the compliance and anti-bribery management system.
6. Appointing the compliance officer of the AML/CFT system, who is granted full authority and independence to make the decisions required for compliance with the model for preventing money laundering and terrorist financing.
7. Applying controls in operations, avoiding the consequences of failing to meet compliance obligations, and managing our exposure to money-laundering and terrorist-financing risk in order to avoid fines, sanctions and damage to the organization's reputation.
8. Sanctioning acts of bribery, corruption, money laundering and any unlawful act, including breach of this policy, that internal or external personnel, regardless of the type of contract or position, carry out in the name of the organization, inside or outside it.
